Hi. I’m Leslie.

I believe that leadership coaching isn’t just for senior leaders. Every professional, from intern to CEO, deserves a coach.

My role is to help you unlock the leader you are at your best and discover what’s next.

Here’s the truth: Becoming the leader you are at your best isn’t always easy.

The good news, I know what real transformation takes.

This means I’ll be able to help you expand beyond who you are today, while building real momentum toward your goals.

And don’t worry – I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Who you are today

You’re searching for something more, much more.

— You're an explorer, an adventurer, a dreamer

You’re looking to overcome a significant challenge.

— You're an underdog, an up-hill battler, an odds beater

You’re trying to grasp what you want and where you’re meant to be.

— You're human, just like the rest of us

What transformation takes

It’s funny what happens when life forces you to stop.

A few months into my coaching journey, I was knocked down with debilitating vertigo migraines for over 100 days. I’d never had a migraine before.

Inside these days were the hardest of my life (and I have twins). After months and months of doing everything humanly possible to stop these migraines, I couldn’t.

Amidst the solitude, I finally discovered that I needed to let go of the idea of control and, more importantly, that I could no longer go it alone.

I realized my obstinate need for self-reliance was no longer serving me. It was time for a different approach.

Discovering this changed everything – how I’ve managed my condition since, how I parent, who I am as a partner, what kind of friend I am, and what I want for my life.

Now, in my hardest moments I lean into my relationships.

And, without a doubt, it’s made me a better coach. I’ve learned that real transformation isn’t easy — it takes being open to self-discovery, doing the hard work, staying in the game and making peace with time — it’s the blood, sweat and tears of the journey that truly change you.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of yours.

How we’ll work together

Getting started is simple.

Just set up an intro call and we’ll chat about what you’re looking for in a coach, your questions and goals.

If you’re up for it, we’ll do a quick coaching sample during the call so you can see what our sessions will feel like.

And if everything works, we’ll schedule your first session.

  • I offer leadership coaching for professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs.

This includes support with anything career related - like career transitions, executive presence and leadership effectiveness.

    I also offer coach-to-coach mentorship.

  • Being coached is actually pretty fun. Our sessions will focus on your goals and what’s top of mind for you.

They’ll feel like a mix of depth, honesty, openness, lightness, laughter, belief and, most of all, trust.

  • I completed a 6-month intensive training program with the Co-Active Training Institute. I have over 100 hours of coach training and live coaching experience.

The type of training your coach receives will greatly influence the experience and outcomes you’ll get as a client.

Co-Active is one of the largest and most recognized coaching programs in the US, with 150,000+ graduates and 30+ years of training.

Co-Active is ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 2 accredited, which means they follow the highest standards for coaching development and training.

  • Transformation is part of my personal story and it’s an integral part of my leadership journey as well.

As a seasoned people leader, I’ve found witnessing professional and personal growth of my team members to be highly fulfilling and it’s a big reason why I love coaching so much.

I’ve spent most of my 20-year career redesigning brand and customer experiences to drive loyalty. My unique ability to see both the big picture and the nuts and bolts of a problem enables me to truly understand the root cause and build better solutions … a skill that comes in handy with coaching as well.

  • Mentors and coaches are similar in that they both support you and your growth – where mentors provide expertise and recommendations, coaches help you discover your own desires and enable you to choose your best path forward.

  • I heard the best quote the other day. “Content doesn’t create change, experience does.”

The coaching process is, at its core, experiential and intuitive. When done effectively, clients find the experience to be highly transformational.

That’s not to say that AI isn’t helpful in coaching. In fact, we’ll integrate it into our time together for things like brainstorming, solutioning and even accountability.

  • Absolutely. Migraines affect everyone differently, but what I’ve found is that for many migraines impact our ability to achieve our goals. They certainly have mine.

How can you dream big when some days you can barely make it through the day?

Together we’ll explore what life could look like without the restrictions migraines have placed on you. What could be if you’re able to reach your dreams in spite of your condition.

Please note: I’m not a medical practitioner, which means I can’t give medical advice, only coaching support.
